with some of the best artists in history.<br \/>\nIn today&#8217;s post, we are going to tell you about some <strong>famous baroque painters<\/strong>. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">First of all, we would like to tell you, in broad strokes:<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Defining characteristics of the baroque movement<\/span><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">One of the most outstanding aspects is the <strong>exceptional use of light,<\/strong> which will help to create volume and form.<br \/>\nTenebrism arises, which consists of applying a strong contrast between the lights and shadows of the work. <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>The contours are blurred<\/strong>, with color and light gaining prominence in front of the drawing.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>More complex compositions appear<\/strong>, with disordered figures, leaving aside the horizontality and symmetry that characterized Renaissance painting.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Naturalism prevails<\/strong>, representing the human
